What is On-Time Guaranteed Delivery?
On-Time Guarantee Delivery is our promise to you
that your domestic order will arrive by the delivery
date indicated during checkout or your shipping is
FREE (US only).
If your domestic order does not arrive by the
guaranteed date, e-mail us at info@amazingparties.com
to receive a full refund for your shipping charges
unless the delay was due to situations beyond our
control, including but not limited to: inclement
weather and natural or man made disasters. Please
note: the guarantee refers to the delivery date,
not the delivery time.
Where will Amazing Parties ship my order?
We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that
you provide in the United States. Please do not list
a Post Office Box (PO Box), or a Highway Contract
Box (HC Box) if shipping any other method than
budget because UPS cannot deliver to a PO or HC Box
and shipment of your order will be delayed.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
That depends on your merchandise total, and the
shipping method you choose. The table below gives
the shipping and handling costs within the US.

When should I expect to receive my order?
That depends on what shipping option you pick and if
your order is a personalized item (banners,
centerpieces, favor boxes, invitations, plates,
scrolls, thank-you notes, etc). If you’re ordering a

For all other items, this table gives the time frame

Most orders placed by
2pm CT ship out the same business day.
*Business days include Monday through Friday,
excluding weekends and holidays. Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands may take an
additional day. Expedited orders placed on weekends
or holidays will also ship the next business day.
We guarantee that your order will arrive by the date
promised during checkout. If your order is delayed,
we give you a full shipping refund on all domestic
orders unless the delay is due to situations beyond
our control, including but not limited to: inclement
weather and natural or manmade disasters.
Can I have oversized items shipped express?
Yes, we can express ship most of our oversized
items. However, an additional "oversized item"
shipping charge will be added to your shipping total
for each item. We include messaging indicating which
products are considered oversized and will incur
this additional fee in the product description so
you have this information before checking out.
Additional surcharge per item may be up to $20.00,
depending on the size of the item. Please note
that there are a few items such as standups that
cannot be shipped Express due to the size
limitations with the carrier.
Which package delivery carriers do you use?
We ship our orders through either UPS or the US
Postal Service (USPS).
